Let’s have a quick Monday morning look at the market !!!<\/p>\n
The spaghetti indicator:<\/strong><\/p>\n The spaghetti indicators shows this morning that the market is flat on some pairs……BUT we need to keep an eye on the Aussie\/JPY and CAD\/JPY this morning as we above the 8 the min 8 level on them.<\/p>\n I will be keeping an eye on the spaghetti Indi as it will help me to focus on certain pairs once the 8 and minus 8 levels are broken.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Let’s have a look at a quick market overview:<\/p>\n ……………………………………………………………….<\/strong><\/p>\n 1) Euro Index on the 4 hour chart:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Currently I have an\u00a0Earth and Sky short zone<\/strong>\u00a0between 99.71 and 100.03 with areas to keep an eye on at 99.56\/63 ( 38.2 fib and 55 EMA and weekly main pivot) and at 99.81 loads of EMA`S roadblock where I will look to short from.<\/p>\n Possible counter longs at 98.79 pivot point.<\/p>\n ………………………………………………………………<\/strong><\/p>\n 2) Euro Dollar on the 4 hour chart:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Currently I have an\u00a0Earth and Sky short zone<\/strong>\u00a0between 1.0700 and 1.0746 with areas to keep an eye on at 1.0679 ( 38.2 fib and 55 EMA and 200 EMA`S and weekly main pivot) and at 1.0691 and 1.0700 where I will look to short from.<\/p>\n Possible counter longs at 1.0556 pivot point.<\/p>\n ……………………………………………………………….<\/strong><\/p>\n 3) Euro JPY on the 4 hour chart:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Sitting on my hand a little. We have a key resistance at the 55 EMA at 121.08 and the 200 EMA at 121.35. While the 200 EMA holds my bias will be to look for shorts.<\/p>\n Possible counter longs at 119.71 pivot point.<\/p>\n ……………………………………………………………….<\/strong><\/p>\n 4) Euro GBP on the 4 hour chart :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Currently I have an\u00a0Earth and Sky short zone<\/strong>\u00a0between 0.8567 and 0.8606 with areas to keep an eye on at 0.8548 (38.2 fib and weekly main pivot) and 0.8574 where I will look to short from.<\/p>\n Possible counter longs from 0.8468 and 0.8453 pivot points and daily 200 EMA<\/p>\n Notes: If we make new lows this morning follow it with the fib so that the zone can adjust accordingly.<\/p>\n ……………………………………………………………….<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a05) GBP Dollar on the 4 hour chart:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Trapped in a triangle on this one and the direction indicator all mixed up……… so we need to wait for a break out<\/p>\n ……………………………………………………………….<\/strong><\/p>\n 6) GBP JPY on the DAILY chart:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Trapped in a triangle on this one…..so we need to wait for a break out.<\/p>\n ………………………………………………………………<\/strong><\/p>\n 7) Aussie Dollar on the DAILY chart:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n LAST WEEK WE CLOSED MIN 4 PIPS LOWER than the opening so we can’t fib the 4 hour chart as the trend is up.<\/p>\n Currently I have an\u00a0Earth and Sky long zone<\/strong>\u00a0between 0.7447 and 0.7322 with areas to keep an eye on at 0.7505 ( loads of EMA`S at the 38.2 fib area) and if we look to the left…..previous support\/resistance levels too.<\/p>\n Possible counter shorts from 0.7700 and 0.7725 monthly pivot area.<\/p>\n ………………………………………………………………<\/strong><\/p>\n 8) Aussie JPY on the 4 hour chart:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Currently I have an\u00a0Earth and Sky long zone<\/strong>\u00a0between 86.42 and 85.86 with areas to keep an eye on at 86.69 \u00a01st roadblock area and 86.32 and 86.00 where I will re look to long from.<\/p>\n Possible counter shorts from 88.16 pivot point area.<\/p>\n ………………………………………………………………<\/strong><\/p>\n 9) Dollar JPY on the DAILY chart:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Sitting on my hands for now. We camping out at some EMA`S at the psychological level at 115.00.
