His job was to analyze the fundamentals and the impact of news events. He then passed those reports to the traders in his team.<\/p>\n<p>I explain in the video that this is how professional firms work. The analysts have different skills and personality traits to the traders, so how do we retail traders manage to &#8220;wear both hats&#8221; and become successful? All explained in the video.<\/p>\n<p>New members, please note: If I am looking to take a trade long, for example, 1.5000, I place my order 10 pips above &amp; 10 pips below for a short.
