{"id":217781,"date":"2021-09-09T13:44:44","date_gmt":"2021-09-09T12:44:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.forexmentorpro.com\/blog\/?p=217781"},"modified":"2021-09-09T13:50:25","modified_gmt":"2021-09-09T12:50:25","slug":"weekly-live-session-recording","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.forexmentorpro.com\/blog\/weekly-live-session-recording\/","title":{"rendered":"Live session recording: Updates &#038; External factors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi<br \/>\nIn this week&#8217;s live session I tried to explain why the New Zealand dollar strengthened last week and caused havoc with many of our trades.<\/p>\n<p>Basically;<\/p>\n<p>-New Zealand were going to raise interest rates<br \/>\n-Then said they weren&#8217;t&#8230;on twitter<br \/>\n-They then went into lockdown&#8230;because of one case of Covid.<br \/>\n-Last week they said they were &#8216;definitely&#8217; on course to raise interest rates again.<br \/>\n-And this week they are coming out of a hard lockdown.<\/p>\n<p>=Stronger NZD<\/p>\n<p>You are never going to know about these external factors before a government, bank or any large institution.\u00a0 The key is to have your risk management in place so that these losses are managed and don&#8217;t blow your account. Protect your capital and live to fight another day.<\/p>\n<p>I also gave an update on the M2 and Earth &amp; Sky setups for the week.
